Rajen Kandel holds an MBA from University College London (UCL). He established his first College in the UK, before then founding The British College in 2012. And he has now set up The British Education Group, which incorporates institutions across Nepal, Dubai, and the UK.

He is also the co-founder of The Kandel Group, attributing to over a decade of entrepreneurial achievement. And in 2015 his expertise in international trade and business earned him the senior executive position of Chairman for BNCC (Britain- Nepal Chamber of Commerce).
