Mahendra Raj Kandel is the Executive Director, partner, and co-founder of the Kandel Group. His operational expertise derives from two decades at the helm of various private and nonprofit organisations and he is closely involved in the portfolio company selection process. 

As the Executive Director of TBC he has a decisive voice in the development and execution of company strategy. And his aptitude to foster in-house projects from the ground up, across the expanding business landscape, has proven a crucial asset for the College.
