Dibya gained her MBA from Queen Margaret University, Scotland and obtained over five years of industry experience before joining TBC in 2020. She began as the Student Recruitment & Outreach Manager and in 2023 was promoted with the additional role of BEG HEAD - Admissions, Outreach, and ECA.

In this capacity she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the enrollment process. She further uses her expertise to manage the work of counsellors and tele-callers, and provide ongoing training to improve their skills in Admissions, Outreach, and ECA.
