Dibya gained her MBA from Queen Margaret University, Scotland and obtained over five years of industry experience before joining TBC in 2020. She began as the Student Recruitment & Outreach Manager and in 2023 was promoted with the additional role of Admissions Manager.

In this capacity she is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the enrollment process. She further uses her expertise to manage the work of counsellors and tele-callers, and provide ongoing training to improve their skills in both admissions and marketing.
