Position: Business Administration Program Leader (BBA PL)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Business Administration or a related field
- International degree, with a preference for candidates holding a UK MBA/BBA/Ph.D.
- Extensive teaching experience at an international level
- Substantial management experience in the field of business education
- Expertise in business management and entrepreneurship
- Proven track record of successful module teaching (minimum two modules)
Responsibilities:
As the BBA Program Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership and guidance to the Business Administration program.
- Designing and delivering high-quality courses with an international perspective.
- Contributing to the development and enhancement of the curriculum.
- Mentoring and supporting faculty members within the program.
- Fostering a collaborative and innovative learning environment.
- Engaging in research and staying current with industry trends.
