Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Take charge of our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Content Creation: Develop captivating and on-brand content for social media posts, ensuring it resonates with our target audience.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling and persuasive copy for social media captions, ads, and promotional materials.
- Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster meaningful connections within the online community.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Campaigns: Contribute to the planning and execution of social media campaigns to achieve specific marketing objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
- Strong copywriting skills with an ability to adapt tone and style for different channels.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and strategies for optimizing content.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on social media trends and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines.
- Adept at problem-solving and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
