Business and Hospitality Management (BHM) programme Practical Session at The British Cafe

Level 3 students from the Business and Hospitality Management (BHM) programme are taking part in Kitchen, Restaurant, and Bar Practical Sessions at The British Cafe, TBC.

The sessions started on 6th July and will run until the end of the month. During this time, the students are practicing preparing a variety of continental cuisines, making mocktails, performing different types of services, and mastering table setups.

As a result staff and guests are enjoying wonderful three-course meals every day - and can’t wait to see what they prepare next!
