BMC Annual Sports Meet

In March, the British Model College will be hosting its Annual Sports Meet. This is a major event that gives students the opportunity to participate in a variety of physical and creative activities - including futsal, basketball, table tennis, badminton, volleyball, dance, chess, photography, and more. 

With the high volume of focus and pressure surrounding examinations and university applications for graduating students, the Annual Sports Meet is the perfect time to relax with friendly competition.

This will be the first major sporting event held at the new campus in Chakupat. In preparation, the Operations Department has been hard at work building a recreation area containing the courts where students have been practising their skills. The Conference Hall that hosted the recent trimester examinations is also being refurbished to hold competitions such as speech and stand-up comedy, in addition to a student-created art exhibition.

The 2022 Annual Sports Meet at the British Model College will be held from 7th to 11th March with a packed line-up throughout the week, beginning with an Olympics-style opening ceremony and ending with awards and medals in the closing ceremony.
